What is Learn. Achieve. Succeed?
LAS is a platform for all learners, from students to career professionals, supporting them to build their dynamic skills profile. By entering information on the activities, they have completed: including courses, experiences, achievements and interests.
How does LAS record skill development?
Each activity is linked to one or more key skills. Once an activity is completed, skills are collected through notifications which are displayed in the dashboard and profile – recognising skill development.
What is the difference between the dashboard and the profile?
The Profile is where you select which of your completed activities you want to share with others and this can include experiences you have taken part in, courses you have completed, interests that demonstrate your skills and your achievements – a bit like a digital CV! Here, you can also store your certificates and evidence of activities. The dashboard is where you will find all the activities you can take part in. Some will ask you to upload information or reflect on the activity and there will also be options to purchase additional activities.
